Processing Time and Shipping

Regular orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends), this includes the time needed to clean, condition, and prepare the order to be shipped. Custom orders like wigs, color, clip-ins can have a 7 business day processing time.

All standard orders are shipped using UPS 3 Day Select Shipping which takes 3 business days (Saturday delivery if available in your area. Standard International orders are shipped using USPS International Priority Shipping which takes 6-10 business days. All international orders will be invoiced for additional shipping cost which must be paid within 24hours of the order being placed.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once hair has been shipped.

Regrettably at this time we are not offering Expedited Processing and Shipping.

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. We do offer exchanges as long as the hair has not been installed or used in any way and returned in original packaging with the exception of custom colored hair. Please be sure to inspect your hair before installation to ensure your satisfaction.
